Cindy Shearer, APRN

Cindy Shearer has been a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 2014, with a specialization in preventative pediatric care. A proud member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Cindy is passionate about supporting children and their families in achieving healthier, brighter futures through comprehensive and personalized care. Her approach emphasizes compassion and attention to each child’s unique needs.

Cindy earned her BA in Communication from North Carolina State University, followed by a BSN from South University in Tampa. She completed her MSN at the University of South Florida, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Cindy leads a vibrant and active life. A former competitive figure skater, she continues to enjoy skating and other outdoor activities. She is happily married, and her daughter, a Junior at Villanova University, also carries on the family tradition as a competitive figure skater. Cindy and her husband are parishioners at Christ the King. She also cherishes time with her two dogs and her family, finding joy in traveling and embracing new experiences.
